Ever had a nightmare of being incarcerated???

I had one this morning. was in some facility with people in green jumpsuits. I was heading to the bathroom and ended up in some lobby. The walls, bricks and everything was painted green. Some guy had a long sword sitting on some stairs and I almost ran into him. I remember thinking to myself like I had to do how long inside here. i also remember walking down to the prison kitchen where I got paranoid about getting stabbed by one of the workers. Prison and jail isnt for me.

Odd enough, think I had one this morning too, a lucid dream. For some reason, I was doing ballerina shyt in my dream while in some space. It wasnt the prison though. Dont ask me why. I guess i wanted to really see if I really was dreaming. Woke up and it was like

If you don't know why you were doing ballerina stuff, then you were not lucid in the dream. Lucid dreaming simply means you are fully conscious in your dream. From the consciousness, you can if you so desire reality warp your dreams or even create out of nothing if advanced enough. When you perform an act in a Lucid dream, you know why you are performing it.

I think I was conscious and aware that I was doing ballerina shyt, I was jumping up and down while waving my hands around. The problem is I never done any form of ballerina dancing or training in my life to even know how to do that but in the dream, I was able to jump around and wave my hands around freely.
