I got pulled over for speeding in May of 2008 and I was headed to the club.

In the passeger seat was this dude from the neighborhood named "Detroit".

I knew I was going to jail, so I told dude to take care of my pistol and drive my truck back to my apartment.

Anyway My license came back suspended and I got asked to get out.


The officer asked him to get out as well and he got out with the pistol in his pocket...


Now we BOTH going to jail....

In the holding cell dude was crying like he cant have no felonies...mind you he about 24 with no ged.....I bonded myself out...he had to sit 2 days for a concealed weapon charge for a gun that wasnt his......

I been in a situation like this before, but not as extreme.

Used to fukk with a dude, and he was a cool cat, smoked alot of weed with him, he messed with some shorty i knew around my way. He didn't act like a real tough goon, but he liked to give off the signal that he wasn't a bytch or a sucka.



He took me down his way down west philly once and his own people on his own block were snuffing him, slapping him, spitting on him, digging in his pockets, looking at me all crazy.

Was for a second cause it was only me and him and like 15 dudes from his block. I just bounced and dude never really came back around my way like that to see his shorty

The gun aint the issue....you as the passenger was not supposed to get in trouble at all...

Now If I had dope in the car...I would understand..but the gun was registered..he just approached an officer at 1 am with it in his pocket
