Nah. Back in the day, NYC had 1190 am that played gospel. My grandma used to play it a the car and it sounded horrible. It’s only good for talk radio, and even then, you may as well stream it.

I remember sitting in the company truck at 2am listening to Fire and Brimstone AM radio thinking there can't be anyone else within 100 miles listening to this.

I've started listening to AM talk radio weekly. It is actually pretty good hearing other people's opinions in a way that is more positive than online interactions.
The host of the show i was listening to died. Creh was like 80. RIP. I stopped listening to the radio as much afterwards.

This year though, I've started recording C-Span's call-in show for my fix of everyday people giving their opinion. I also listen to radio across the globe w/ Shortwave app (Linux only). It also lets me easily record songs like I used to growing up too.
