Yeah actually. It's especially bad with cacs who don't know any other black people so they practice all their slang on you. I had to check one dude and tell him 'I'd appreciate if you didn't try to talk "black" to me, just be yourself.'
i've know a few. They were actually from the hood though so i wouldn't expect anything different.
What irritates me is when these white boys try to speak patois. Fake accent just sounds bad to my ears. And i find it disrespectful. Equivalent of a white person hanging around asians and then trying to do a stereotypical asian accent.
