This isn’t a projection, and if you don’t know adolescents are watching copious amounts of porn as early as 10 years old, then you should probably exit stage left in this thread
How do you know this? I have two kids, one is playing Roblox next to me and the older one is playing with models on the floor. To make it sound like the average 10yo is strung out on porn is weird, and it's projection at its finest.

George C. Scott played in a slasher/thriller type movie back in the 70s about his daughter being missing or something which had anti-porn industry undertones
Hardcore, great movie, not necessarily anti porn though.

Ya'll stay projecting what you think kids are doing based off what you are doing. Let them play their Fortnite in peace.
Them bruhs will have gigs of porn on their pc, about 50 tabs open, and on their 3rd nut. But swear that they don’t have a addiction.

I didn’t say shyt about the average 10 year old. My post explicitly stated their are adolescents watching porn as early as 10 years old, which is completely different than what you’re accusing me of saying.

huh? i socialize plenty. i’ll watch this, but i’m doubtful it counters the general premise of what i said: which is that pornography, in its current form, is conditioning a generation of men who don’t look at women as anything but a sex object to dominate.

and, this is deliberate.
This is the problem with people like you. You made a thread with a long-ass op, that is probably cut and pasted from a long list of garbage threads you wrote up while you were in the bushes for making garbage threads, but didn't bother to do a lick of research to back your claim.

That poster was kind enough and did a miniscule amount, and found an article refuting it, and before even watching it, you say, "I haven't watched the information you've provided, but I'm still gonna be right," which is how misinformation gets spread and weaponized.

Why do you have such a strong desire to be the Deep Intellectual Thoughts guy? You aren't. And if you believe yourself to be, why not post in Higher Learning?

It was a joke!
Other people's children are not my problem, if you as a parent can't talk to your child about why porn isn't alright for them to watch, that's on you

The medium is the message.

Porn is definitely a problem, and I say this as someone who watches 2-3 times a week. The fact that you can access it anywhere, anytime for free, and honestly fast-forward and repeat some of the most depraved shyt is definitely altering some folks minds. I don't think porn should go away, I just think the access to it should have better controls. Just like guns, alcohol and a bunch of other shyt.

Porn was. It around like this 25-30 years ago. High key, you used to get clowned for watching porn in the 90's by a lot of people.

Spoken like someone who doesn’t have kids and doesn’t understand the 2023 version of the “internet”

how is the 2023 version of the internet different from the 2000's?

napster, kazaa, winmx were apps damn near every teen with a computer had and porn could be found with a single letter query.

real talk a lot of ya'll sound like your first introduction to the internet was iphones and sidekicks. well we been here and we know how the internet works. parent's got to talk to their kids,

I was using mirc in the 90s. This is not the same internet at all. Queries are returning curated info. Nothing is organic about the results. And I mean nothing, and if you can’t see that, you weren’t really using the internet

do you know what controls work to do what you describe?

how do you prevent government from using those same controls to censor and surveil citizens?

alcohol was banned because of religious religious moral panic and it brought about organized crime, a policy we pay for decades later in lost lives and civil liberties.

are you saying the results are unrelated to the queries?
