From what i've seen/heard...you'd be better off putting white or decline to answer.
If you show up and they have a surprised look, they're unlikely to say "You're supposed to be white, get out".
Everything is very passive aggressive with them, so they'll either call your bluff and not hire you, or they'll hire you because they know it's a bad look not to hire somebody because they aren't white.
