Ever seen white women with permenantly dirty feet (RANDOM THREAD)? Why?

Is it their skin? I never got this. I seen some white women take off their shoes (i.e. swimming, or just because) And they have the dirtiest feet in the world. Like homeless people status. I got pic of what I mean in the spoiler. White people, what's the explaination of this? Black men who are into white women, pawgs, how do you deal with this? Is this a deal breaker or just don't look?

Man I grew up in Chicago. I remember as a kid some white dudes would go jogging out with no shirt on and shorts on and the weather would be 30 degrees outside.
