Manziel has more upside relative to what's available on the market in general. I think he would be a good signing even if he's more likely to fail when you consider the other QBs on the market, including RG3. Manziel may become starter level in year 3 and 4. I think RG3 is in like year 5 now in comparison.

RG3 has played and failed for too many years to consider him above Manziel at this point, but he is a former #2 QB pick so you have to consider him nevertheless.

roddy i feel you on what you're saying but like kush said, garrett and his offense don't mix well with manziel and his strengths. then again, this is the same organization that invested heavily in two man corners (claiborne and carr) and then switched to a zone scheme so i doubt they care.
