if you're talking about antibiotics, they are not immediate. especially when you just started taking them yesterday. kimchi, the effects of kimchi are pretty immediate. if you ate it tonight with your dinner, you'd shyt your lifestyle out tomorrow morning.

I had a toothache from an abscess...it hurted


went to the dentist and got some penicillin and within a week it was gone and i got it removed.


Just make sure you eat yogurt cause it kills the good bacteria as well...meaning the ones that prevent you from getting stuff like yeast infections and colds

lets use that hypothetical scenario dad.

I dont' drink or smoke, but im also a retired athlete and i don't excercise besides walking. How should this affect my recovery period ..and are teh effects permanent.
