Vietnamese food is great. The traditional bahn mi with pork liver pate, roast pork, ham, cilantro, carrots, daikon, jalapeno on a nice crispy baguette, o man i want one now.
Pho is amazing, probably the best soup around. The balance of flavors, the lightness of it even though it has a ton of beef fat, like it will congeal in the fridge, the fresh vegetables and herbs, jesus!!!

I grew up eating a lot of odd parts like liver, hearts, gizzards, stomach, intestines, so it's nothing to me.

I used to hate bitter food, like bitter melon, but I really enjoy the bitter taste now so any type of bitter food I like.
