Goku was sent to earth with a mission to destroy Earth and all life forms, but after his head injury he forgot and formed bonds with the humans.

The black male in the America is under the exact same programming, we destroy our own communities, and don't understand what we're doing, we're just trying to make a dollar at the expense of others, just like the Saiyans who were killing entire populations to sell their planets for financial gain.

The Saiyans aren't inherently evil, they are proud and fierce warriors, but someone like Frieza on the other hand is only capable of complete destruction.

Vegeta was just a lost brother trying to feel some sense of power while being oppressed by evil.
