Pedos and con men don't do any real time. This guy will serve about 3 then get out on good behavior.

People rarely ever serve a full sentence. I tell folks you could con somebody out of literally millions, serve like 8 months and, if you hid it in the right way, have some money waiting for you when you get out. Prosecutors don't try very hard to get folks' money back. They were just happy to put you away even though they know it won't be a full sentence served.
