Bad decisions in life cause Depression

I don't feel sorry for grown adults that are conscious of the bad decisions they make and the consequences that come from that

Bad decisions can cause depression but most people have depression because they have unhealed traumas

That is the other side because its akin to people realizing the trick. Thing is that takes a couple of Self motivated steps to make happen and many aren't up to the challenge and prefer excuses instead.

Yup,with the wakeup comes depression,because your still trapped. Now you just realize your trapped. And not many have the solutions,will,or paycheck to get out. And definitely not willing to bite a foot off to escape#IgnoranceIsBliss

Would make the counter argument that there’s not enough work which is having a worse effect. Poverty and lack of education are the biggest reasons for their depression
