Naw leopards actively hunt gorillas.

Gorillas have skin similar to humans in that wounds split open, instead of self closing to reduce blood loss.

Higher primates are easy work for predators...
Leopards are ambush hunters. They might kill a baby gorilla or a female gorilla, but they are not trying to square up with a "healthy male silverback" gorilla. For basic reference a silverback is about 450 pounds and about 10 times stronger than an average adult male. Silverbacks can literally crush skulls

Leopards hunt at night, gorillas sleep at night. I've seen 3 instances where the target chosen was the Silverback. In only one instance did the gorilla even survive the initial attack. Only to die the next day. The other two they were dinner.

We all know the strength of gorillas, that's not the issue. The issue is we project them having a fight game and they have none. Except for other gorillas.

Who ever runs that IG page needs to go back to math class. They arent the same weight class at all.

Grizzly bears are almost double the weight of gorillas. :picard:

It's pretty obvious they mean if a Grizzly and a Silverback of the same weight class pulls up who wins...

gorillas are fairly peaceful until you give them a reason. Grizzly bears in the summertime are fat fed and fairly happy.

A pissed off gorilla vs a bear that’s very hungry I’m still going with bear. Bears don’t even kill you first, they just eat you alive.

The ambush gorillas. Head to head a gorilla would rip them in half
Leopards work in groups?

Frim what I read is they figured out that they have a artery in the legs and they go for that and watch them bleed out.

This.

A grizzly bear is fukking up a gorilla on sight. They got those big azz claws, can move hella fast and that thick/fat layer protecting them from damage.

Plus apes are smarter and would recognize that shyt isn't worth it.

HOWEVER....if you scaled a gorilla up to the size of a grizzly? Go-Rilla would DEEESTROY a bear.

Makes sense.

Gorillas are basically MUCH more athletic humans but they aren't nearly as smart as us. Humans are the Apex predator because we can use any means to wipe out every single species on the planet if we chose to....because of our brain, ability to build tools, language for communication over time and writing to store ideas...plus teamwork/coordination.

It's like physical freak humans but without the brain skills that make us "human"....we would be in deep shyt.
