So you didn't see Beyonce doing the Shmoney dance? What about James Harden? Somebody posted a clip of Wayne going crazy to it on his birthday. None of those people are from his region. Plus I saw multiple NFL players do it in preseason games. I don't have to like something to recognize it's impact.
Even if you don't go outside, Shmurda & Shmoney Dance related stuff has over 20 million views on Youtube, and most of that was before he signed. That's kind of crazy, no matter WHAT you think of dude as an artist.

You are implying that I have something against him. His video went viral but thats where it ends. The song was never played on the radio in Cali once even when it was popular. I can see why hes hot in NY but his buzz is nothing more than a gif from 2 months ago in Cali.

Celebs doing a popular dance doesnt mean he isnt riding out his 15 minutes of fame. You are speaking from the perspective of someone that lives where he is from so of course his buzz will last longer there but on a national scale he aint poppin as much as you think. Thats no hate just reality.
