Man yall be over analyzing everything Akademic's does , just because he wasn't ass kissing SZA like Nadeska and Budden doesn't mean he is as AWKWARD as you guys try to paint him ... Dude was probably@ her weird ass
Its not that he wasnt kissing ass. It was his blatant attempt to "throw shade" at another man just to appease a beautiful guest (which backfired when shorty said she cosigns budden's stripper habits and nadeska tellin him to shut up)
In general the musical tastes of men plateau around 25 and they become less and less prone to listen to new music unless it is reminiscent of shyt they fukked with before. Studies have been done it based on listening habits. For women it's early to mid 30s.

Whether that's right or wrong isn't really the point of my post. The point was that there's no reason for Budden to know any of that shyt and Ak shouldn't either if he was the typical fan. There are always artists that are exceptions but there's a point at which people determine who they are and what they like and don't like. Music is marketed to teenagers because they're impressionable. Ak is forced to know what is being marketed to his juniors based on his field. Budden doesn't know or care to know.
