As far as the Wale interview it's actually kind of funny that he proved the point that AK was making a few shows back. His initial point was that Wale is to blame for the flop since he didn't do enough working putting himself out there image wise and how image wise he's viewed as corny. Wale admitted at one point during today's interview that he didn't do enough in regards to pushing the album and marketing on his own.

A few things:
-Wale on 1
-Wale is delusional if he thinks Wale hate is in some dark corner of the internet
-Akademiks still wears Akademiks...That said...he said hes corny...we think hes corny....after that is established bringing it up seems weak
-Wale's whole "Akademiks has no business speaking on these issues" thing holds no weight if he comes up to the show....by responding..in person no less...gives it merit
-They have something with the rappers going up to address their discretions
-This show is good....I bet ESPN copies with ex-player/journalist 1 v 1 by football season

Finally.....Wale....you not the first rapper to make coke into a woman.....which leads me to my overall problem with Wale...

He believes that he is smarter than his fan base....which bleeds into everything he does from interviews, music, etc. and has him coming off as a bitter a$$hole.

Lmao I only watched a clip so far but wale going so hard to defend that cocaine song is sad and corny. It's a very popular metaphor and even if he pulled it off well, it doesn't deserve that much defending. I do feel him on other rappers getting more credit for simpler things but he can't be out here being all publicly bitter.

ive been a fan of dude for longest. defended him on here and sohh. and throughout the yrs hes gotten alot of unwarranted unprovoked hate. but not this time. he came off a real dikk. he aint winning anyone over here. he wasnt open to a thing akademiks said and there was some truth to it.

i will say he handled the cole situation very well. buddens take on it was some terrible advice.
