You need to get up on the history of Kast and the LA Reid situation. Watch that Art Of Organized Noize documentary on Netflix. LA Reid lucked up with Outkast and really didnt want to push them. Like @Huellz Santana said the only reason Southernplayalistic got a push from LA was b/c Players Ball had so much burn on a damn Xmas album. LA didnt really understand Kast and was strictly an R&B dude. Puffy even directed the Players Ball video. He was technically there but didnt really know how to push them and left it to Rico, Ray, and Sleepy.

It amazes me the amount of dumb shyt that flies out of his fat fukkin jowls. I mean I've read it on plenty of message boards but to verbally see a fukkin loser like him say the shyt he says is straight up astounding. To see ignorance in the flesh and know that clowns like him actually have an influence on other younger impressionable kids is frustrating. Yesterday Joe really hit on some shyt when he told his greatest list it was so generic and telling knowing this fat fukk never listened to Rakim he fires his name off first just to look like he knows what he talking about. This nikka is a byproduct of Vlad. A lame who doesn't know shyt but fronts like he does.

I fux with the show. Joe is kinda built for this debating podcast shyt. Nedeska needs to be more of a moderator...she comes off more like a public access TV commentator. Show will get better as they find their groove and Joe stops yelling so much.

He's basically a c00n and it looks like the trick has worked on a majority of this generation. The fact that this generation squirms and feels uncomfortable when rappers start talking about their plight and problems thats going on in society and systemic racism is really disheartening. Its like they've been brainwashed to not give a fukk about anything else going on except fukkin bad chicks, money, and cars. Not saying this shyt hasn't always been in the music but the over abundance of it now is all they know now. The fact that people were protesting Kendrick's Humble track a few weeks ago is another example. Encouraging women to be themselves telling them they don't need the photoshop got them angry and twisted the entire message. Its like anything positive or uplifting is met with scorn or criticism or being "fake deep"/or trying to kick knowledge. The hat trick has been pulled and they don't even realize it. They've been conditioned to not care about their own people or their own history. This scene/speech in Belly always stuck with me and almost 20 years later it couldn't be more true. Not on no Muslim shyt just real shyt being spoken.

I think what he's good at is being more in tune with what people actually are saying and talking about in real life. Joe Budden is a hermit, that doesn't really know what people care/talk about outside of his immediate circle. It's clear whenever there's a debate about a topic, Budden usually goes extra hard on topics nobody cares about but him

Having that lame hoe ass nikka be the "voice" of the rap populace does all of us a disservice though...Damn near every argument he makes sounds weak because its coming from him...Makes for a horrible dynamic... If they want to pull off a bootleg rap first take, they gotta find someone with a personality at least half as strong as buddens...He does a good enough Screamin' A rendition... Budden taught me a few things though, like the way he broke down Epic was interesting. I never liked La Reid but Buddens analysis of him was interesting.

Also he taught some of y'all praying baby what a flop really is lol.
