I couldn't get past 5 mins in, way too cringey watching Joey's pretentious ramblings. I see why Rae n'em put hands on the guy. A sharp blow to his fragile ass frame is the only way you can get him to restrain his contentious personality long enough to conduct any sort of meaningful discourse. I guarantee you that Rae didn't get anymore lip from Joe once he got blasted out of his shoes.
Yal nikkas are delusional as fukk. Joe Budden came off as a complete clown in this episode. He told that nikka to chill cause he fired off like 5 questions, was cutting off everybody on the set before they could even respond, and wasn't talking to anyone like an adult. Little kids scream and yell louder to get a point across.
Joe Budden is an obnoxious fukk on this show. How can anyone NOT see how annoying this dude is on here?

He just came across smarter and more mature than Kodak or his other peers. he didnt come there to argue, he really didnt give a damn at all and it seems like he really only did it for Akademiks which was kinda cool of him. I actually thought he was a little retarded before this but he is clearly a kid who just feels blessed to do what he does. Respect.

i saw this too. joe clearly is very smart, and has a lot of tremendously valuable insights to share with both fans and fellow artists.
but jesus christ can he be insufferable. the only nikka in the room who's right about everything, all the time.
even if he actually IS right... allow other people to join the conversation so that we as viewers can see the different vantage points. that's why debate shows work: two people, two POVs. not one nikka talking 99.999999% of the time.

Show is genius...don't know why this didn't come out sooner. Budden, albeit a annoying at times is perfect for this...and as talented as he was lyrically, because he didn't find significant success in the Music Industry he might actually be much more successful doing this Hip Hop commentary. He's a perfect fit cause he has lyrics, he comes off jaded about the industry and is all but retired, but the fact that he's exhibits bipolar tendencies actually works in his favor.
