U basically said all those rules apply for dudes who don't check your boxes but if he does you'd make an "exception"
So the dude who invite u over right away is doing himself a favor by seeing early on if he "checks your boxes".

i've found that guys kinda play themselves when they play the inside game as soon as possible.
one time i was cool with the inside game, like ...really cool with it and didn't want much else so i decided to keep it casual. i guess later the guy realized i was cooler than he thought and started wanting to go to restaurants, hookah lounges, old school nights, meet my friends at the bbq, road trips, etc.
i was like naw we can still do the inside game lol
then he would make pouty remarks "i be trying to take you out...when we gonna go camping...when am i gonna meet your friends..
another guy i met out we exchanged numbers, cool. he asked to come over that same night
told him i wasn't that easy, then the next morning he was like can i come over for breakfast
I lost interest, communication stalled. he was like "did i scare you off".. i was like "yep"
now he be asking "let's go out, since you don't want to be alone with me"
i be like, maybe some other time
