That looks like the bart train station. Technically you are not supposed to eat there. But its pretty much never enforced and no one cares anyway.

I'm willing to bet he wasn't the only one on that platform eating.

Isn't that a public place? I'm not familiar with the California laws but that seems random as hell.

According to bart rules you cant have food in paid areas. Sounds dumb I know, but seeing how dirty bart is I can kinda see why.

Either way I've never seen this enforced on whites. Or really anyone. The cop just has shyt priorities.

This wasn’t about the sandwich. Most of these altercations between black people and white officers is about their need to control us, and how dare we challenge them. This happens even when they don’t have authority, such as those white women who confront random black people minding our business.

The cop could have gave him a warning, but he didn’t. Then cops want to be mad when we don’t like them.

I can see that. They should put trash cans around but even still it's up to the people to maintain the stations clean. But then again I'm sure there's plenty of homeless people so not everyone gonna be throwing their trash away and whatnot.
