Unpopular opinion coming...
Not really feeling any of the Evil Deads since the 2013 remake. The OD violence just leaves me cold. They haven't quite replicated the eerie vibe of the first Raimi directed film or the madcap energy of the second. It's not bad per se...just doesn't quite hit for me. Feels like the newer Halloween films with crazy over the top kills but all of that isn't really what drew me to the original.
