I never told anyone this but when I was living in Milwaukee for a year I had a neighbor that brought this huge native American guy over. We had a couple drinks in the yard then they dipped.

My neighbor stopped back over a couple days later. He apologized to me for bringing him. I asked why. He said he saw his papers and he did time for this exact thing.

The kid didn't die but was severely injured. I'm pretty sure it was younger than 3 too. It was also his own child.

How the fukk he was walking free i don't know.

20 years to life? That means after 20 years they will reevaluate him and if they deem him "no longer a threat" he can be in the free world again. Should've gotten life without possibility of parole, death penalty would be too easy on him.
