BC2 didn't have bottleneck maps. That started with BF3 and even that would be 1-2 maps out of ten base maps
BFBC2 definitely did, maps such as Port Valdez come to mind.
Not played BF3 in a while but I found the maps were more open in some cases aside from the obvious maps such as Operation Metro for reaching the objective, IIRC BC2 rush especially meat grinders were horrible. Everything felt like you were being forcibly funnelled through a specific route.
A drastic change from the open nature of what I loved BC1 for.

BC1 had better maps thn BC2 for me, they brought Oasis and Harvest day in Vip7 but they didnt capture its magic it felt way too different.

People overrating the hell out of BFBC2, although it's a good game. I had more fun with BF3.

Naw. The gameplay was accessible and easy without being dumbed down/nourish. Limited amount of vehicles made for a good balance. Great map design and the best version of destructible environments still. Each class felt distinct and not this blending bullshyt they have going on now. Plus the SP was good with funny personable characters you actually gave a fukk about.

Yeah, you're right about the destructible environments and the story. I can't even remember what happened in BF3's story.:heh:

I dont buy games at launch anymore. I think its foolish personally.

Its not just ea these studios perpetually release unfinished, buggy crap then patch it later.

Except nintendo. Nintendo will litetally delay a game six months just to fix it.
