I use to like his show and it’s unfortunate he’s passed away. Say what you want about him but he almost single handily got Scott Walker out of office. Nobody cared about the recall efforts but Ed stayed in Wisconsin the whole time saying “people wanted him out” and it almost happened.


If the Koch brothers didn’t spend that money, Scott would’ve been gone.

Yup, I remember that. Ed's show was really one of the last things I'd watch on MSNBC.

My dad loved his show and made my dad hate the GOP even more

Ed also was the only guy on cable news who had Bernie on regularly. It's no surprise MSNBC pushed him out once he started criticizing TPP and wanted to talk about the Sanders campaign on air with more regularity.

Yeah I use to what Ed alot when I actually watched tv lol but I stopped watching tv regularly like 2 or 3 years ago this is sad. I believe Larry King is getting frozen when he dies in hopes of extending his life in the future and he be fukking them young chicks lol.

Surprised he went to CPAC, didn’t get his “give Trump a chance” stick either. But on his FB page he kept talking about what Dems gotta do to win and he was trashing Republicans. So, I don’t think his positions on healthcare, unions, etc are different.

On RT he was anchoring the news, not much commentary like MSNBC. So routinely there’s be a liberal vs a conservative and he’d moderate debate.
