I used to think people were just defending RG3 out of habit but now I'm not so sure. Pro Football Focus ranks Boykin as one of the most accurate if not the most accurate playmaker in the draft yet somehow he' doesn't get a combine invite while no-name QBs like Joel Stave do. Hell, Boykin is better than Driskel too. So why is Driskel getting a combine invite before Boykin? I''m curious to see what Hue does with RG3 this year. There's a chance the league's decision-makers aren't judging QBs effectively.

Manziel's arm isn't even as strong as Boykins and his pocket presence is worse. Boykin sets up very quickly and throws strikes down the field. He's like Tyrod Taylor with better more accuracy and pocket discipline, which makes him maybe a step below Russell Wilson as a prospect. Both Tyrod and Wilson are starters in the league but Boykin can't get drafted.

He's one of the few college qbs from these high powered offenses I thought had a good chance in the league. He reads the pocket well and throws strikes if a competent franchise takes a chance at him they might get Russell Wilson lite.

Gawd Tier college QB...if he was white they'd be talking about him in the first round...Wentz is actually the slower whiter version of Boykins and look at how he is viewed...
When him and Doctson were healthy they were as electric as any QB WR duo in college in a long time...maybe ever...two years of teams scheming against them and until both got hurt they couldn't even be slowed down...
