Black people have adopted White ideals as their own. Pre Intergration this was not the case as wide spread as it is now as far as America is concerned. Typically when Black people say they are Conservative/Progressive/Liberal/ etc etc they are speaking from the lens of white society since we ultimately live in White society with laws based on their culture. But in the literal sense Black people are Conservative by nature because we take pride in tradition and culture.
