They do have that slight Native American phenotype. None of them are lily white.
YET, the brother-in-law could get away for being a random white guytoo, but you can look at his parents and see they aren't 100% European.
Keep in mind there are "Black Native Americans" making claims as partially indigenous and not federally recognized tribes, and the "Black Native Americans" are also rejected by various tribes like the Cherokees, even though they do look like they could be Native and sometimes not. It's a tricky thing that can be manipulated. This is one of those cases where they were giving no bid contracts, so definitely they have been finessing the system for sometime.
Look at Elizabeth Warren, she got into college with a scholarship claiming Native American ancestry.....and come to find out she's less than 1%. So yeah, the finesse is real out here.
But this is deep. Even though I know about Black Indians being rejected by federally recognized tribes, wasn't aware of this though.
Systematic Finesse has been around for centuries. Real Black Native Americans were rejected by Bureau of Indian Affairs, but white people could pay $5 to be considered partially Native Americans and get on rolls to receive benefits.
Even the official documents are corrupted
So I'm going to rebut my own self in the same post and say they may not even be Native at all, but some other non-Native American tan pigmented people...idk..
Systematic finesse sounds like a dope name for a song.
But yea I brought this up before concerning the logistics of reparations. My cousin's baby momma is mixed, and her mom is as white as they come, country redneck white, but claims she's Indian lol.
