there are workarounds (well idk if its still available, i haven't played in 2 weeks) but
for the free throw thing, you could just glitch it so when you leave practice, you shut down your app, then load back into practice and keep grinding those +1 free throw ratings that way.
same for the doing work shyt. just get your bar near max level, then go into practice once more and then get your bar up, (to where it gives you the attribute point) right as the load screen hits, close the app and load back into the game.
it will take you to the practice screen again, back out and repeat on a different day.
Still takes a while to grind, (especially if you want the grand badge and the HOF badges) but with this method you are basically doing months of work in a couple days.
