Excessive cursing in TV shows unappreciation thread

As we are halfway through the 2020s, my biggest gripe concerning tv shows is the overkill amount of profanity that kills the vibe.

For instance, Mayor of Kingston (good show btw), each word is "fukk" . Like I get it, Paramount plus, but the shyt spreads on regular cable television like obnoxiously.

It feels forced and unneeded . We came a long way from corny substitutes for curse words, but good grief less is more
