This system needs to be completely overhauled and non violent offenders re-evaluated.
I'm so fukking disgusted at the way white america actively suppresses AA communities and neighbourhoods then fukking imprisons AA men when they try to make money their own way cuz they can't find gainful employment. It's sickening

It's funny now,but then it was bullshyt
No problem but it gets her heart rate up and she only gets 30 seconds of rest. I replaced the skater excercise with pushups. Its basic but doing all of this a minute straight with 30 seconds rest, was enough to get these cats that clearly excercise worked up. For someone still on the path, its taxing. Her face flush
