I Figure We Have A Thread Schooling Each Other, Sharing Info And Even Ask Questions About Certain Myths, Untruths Or Little Know Facts When It Comes To Trying To Stay Healthy And Productive

Too Many People Are Misinformed Or Too Scared To Try Something Due To Such Hearsay

Im Talking About Misunderstandings About Our Muscles, Vitamin And Supplement Doses, Eating Habits Etc..

I Remember Hearing This One Thing In Particular That Sounds Kinda Silly But Made Me Wonder If It's True:

If I Drink Water With A Meal Will It Slightly Dilute The Acids In My Stomach Therefore Making The Digestion Process Take Longer?

Hopefully We Can Add A Bunch To This Thread

Your jitsu ain't shyt :pacspit:

I have a brown belt. I also weight train 3-4 days a week. I deadlift and squat over 300 on top of the fact as i stated earlier, having a brown belt. You should respect my skills.

Youd be wise to listen to the man in the post before mine. A jiujitsu warmup in itself might be more then you can handle but i does these in 90 degree weather, with a gi on. Become something greater then a man, learn a martial art with full contact sparring or continue being a nothing.
