I dont know if yall know this story, but this is the story of the youngest person ever to be executed. George Stinney was executed by electric chair at 14, a black kid, was executed in connection with the disappearance of 2 cacs.

The sheriff at the time said Stinney admitted to the killings, but there is only his word — no written record of the confession has been found. A lawyer with the case figures threats of mob violence and not being able to see his parents rattled the seventh-grader.”

According to records, over 1,000 people packed the courtroom. The trial lasted one barely two hours and no Black people were allowed to enter the building; there is no transcript of the proceedings.
