yeah, i should clarify and say the graphics were great for how expansive the game is. don't try to line it up to some linear game, we're talking strictly open world sandbox games. i want one of these folks to tell me what game was shyttin on GTA: SA.

even gta 4 had great graphics for the time period, but the shyt looks dated now imo. i don't want to play a GTA 5 that looks the same as GTA 4.

spiderman 2 is the only open world game you listed and even it's graphics werent better than SA.

Are you saying that San Andreas had good graphics just because it was an open world game? Because, I remember the only complaint coming from that classic was that the textures and character models took a step back to make way for the bigger world.

naw GTA 4 graphics were great for the time but GTA on ps2 graphics sucked.

And that stipulation you put on it was bullshyt. Rockstar and other companies put out sandbox games with better graphics then GTA.

and the stipulations is to keep the comparisons true. i can say uncharted 2 has better graphics than gta 4. we all know it's true, but one game is linear and the other is a massive open world. does that stop gta 4 from having great graphics for its time period?

and speaking of which, i was listening to the IGN podcast the other day and some guy whose played the game compared the graphics to uncharted 2. is that a major achievement for 2013, kinda but not really. i'd rather play the game on ps4 @ 1080p with 60fps.

I see people popping off in the comments section on the video. I always see someone mention that they release a game every year. It seems to me people automatically equate that with failure....maybe because of Madden, I don't know but I'd have a problem if every year the games were bad. Each Creed game they put out seems to get bigger in scale and be better than the game before it. People just complain to complain.

I will say this. AC Revelations>AC3

AC3 was crap on a stick. Not because the gameplay was iffy, but the developer didn't know where the hell to take the story. That's why they threw it in the bushes and jumped to AC4 Black Flag.

The story is cool and every game improved on the combat every time.
