Billy drago is that dude, he was the villain in the adventures of briscoe county jr (bruce campbell) with julius carry (sho nuff) and was in takashis miikes Imprint, i think his best known role is the guy going "So you want to play?" from MJ's You Rock My World

Thats a load of bullshyt, delta force columbian connection had a lot of action balanced with a entertaining story.Rambo 1,2 was no different, even fukin commando was the same.

Anyways I don't entirely disagree with you, for the most part you're on point it was a lousy script and Sly could have done a lot better...I just can't take anyone serious who expects a deep plot from a movie like this...
