The people who have genuine legislative reasons to dislike her are also probably going to vote for her, because they're not stupid enough to believe that Trump is a viable candidate.
But a lot of it has to do with her connection to Bill Clinton, a lot has to do with her as a woman, some of it has to do with her pandering for the Black vote, the Benghazi BS that Americans who drink Bud Light think is the greatest foreign tragedy is oft-cited as a reason, her lack of trustworthiness, and the email scandal.
