Most of the members of this board are old enough to be the parents of his fans.
I don’t know about you but when I was a teenager my parents and people their age didn’t like the music I listened to either. Taste is very subjective and is reflective of what you listen to growing up which changes with every generation.

"The appeal of NBA YoungBoy stems from a combination of his raw, authentic storytelling about hardship, his prolific and energetic music, and his "rockstar" image. His music connects with listeners through themes of pain, struggle, and his personal journey from poverty to fame, while his relentless output and unconventional style create a strong sense of authenticity, especially compared to more manufactured artists. I’m starting to understand it. He’s another artist from the Wayne tree.

I’m in my early 30s, some of the women I mess with 20s put me on. Good gym / drive music, good beats. Looks wise I can tell why women would be into him (pause)

YB is the Boosie of this generation …

He doesn’t sound like a generic rapper and is actually saying something.

One thing about him is that he makes great music for the ears

He’s Lil Boosie on steroids

The same people who ate black & milds and worshipped Boosie gave birth to YB fans

I mean he has been around for a decade so it make sense he'd have a good bit of fans about 30-35 now
