I don't know a lot about Manchester, I do know it's much more poverty stricken then London, and almost all places outside London have been badly damaged by unemployment, and there is fevered resentment of the "elites", which led to Brexit Those kind of conditions, high unemployment, esp among the youth is breeding grounds for radicalization, given the U.K's proximity to the rest of the Europe and Middle East, it's a given there are going to be radicalized people in Manchester. I don't know if there is a high Muslim population there, given London's, I'd say likely. I'm going to profile the suspected suicide bomber, based on recent similar incidents, 25-35, unemployed, or marginally employed, recently radicalized, learned the bomb making skills through his handler and ISIS manuals.....Not white, but not Iraqi, or Saudi Arabian, or Iranian.
