All types of shyt. Some folks saying terrorist attack, which I doubt. Others saying the govt had some shyt stored under there that they can't tell the truth about and some other folks saying it's a conspiracy between the city and the state to get the public behind mass transit expansion in the city. Whole bunch of different theories but at the end of the day most folks on the same page about something not being right

I heard on some news station it was construction material under the bridge,so people are wondering why the people who left the construction shyt under there aren't getting any blame

PVC can not sustain high enough temperatures to break down concrete like that, PVC breaks down at around 192 degrees and also releases a ton of dioxins...there was no releases for air quality in the area I believe.

What CAN break down concrete in a timely manner and burn consistently at a high temperature (2,000 degrees) is Napalm...it also requires special foaming agents to put out since it's chemically comparable to jet fuel which is why special firefighting tankers from Hartsfield would be needed.
