Also im not sure how the main land is do they make the apprentice pay for the schooling?? i know here in Hawaii everything is covered by the company

If y’all know any dudes with no skills at all but they have a license and don’t mind hard work. Laborers do all the manual labor on site. They get paid though.

Wage for a dockbuilder laborer is $46hr.

The apprenticeship is like 2-3 yrs long though.

Look up the numbers of how many brehs are sitting home unemployed calling the union hall everyday to see if there any job postings. I worked with 2 black dudes that were linemen and they were making out $100 hr plus $100 a day every day for housing/travel/food cost. It was a special FEMA project but dude said he was gonna ride that for 9mths and take 6mth vacation. His house in Texas was paid for so he was stacking bread!
