There was a time when hip hop was thought to be a novelty, a fad that would come and go like hula hoops. instead it's lasted 50 years come next year. we might be removed from its roots and some people may forget about the 4 elements...but what is culture is culture...and that's always to be respected.

Some of those pioneers were in their late 20’s early 30’s then in the early 80’s meaning they’re 60+ somethin today…. Being “dusty” or not to Dj Akademiks likely isn’t a concern ….
