F*CK early voting

Pardon my ignorance.

Four years ago when I turned 18, I had not problem showing up on the day of the elections to vote. I had no problems voting in the primaries this year.

So why are people getting so uppity about voting early in this election?

people actually have jobs and can't leave for hours on a Tuesday to vote

if would be one thing if election day was on the weekend but its on fukking Tuesday......this disproportionately affects Democratic voters because they tend to be lower income, younger, and blacker which means that they are less likely to make it to the polls while Republican voters are mostly old and white.......then nikkas are retired and have nothing to do on Tuesdays so they can go to the polls and wait for hours to vote

Early voting is critical if we actually believe that voting is a right that every American is entitled to.....not just those with free time on Tuesdays in November

I don't have to work on Election Day, so I got it out the way Friday after work. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I would say go early only because of all the fukkery these states have come up with to disenfranchise people's votes. If you go early and there is an issue, you can have it fixed before election day. But it is your decision and at least you are voting.
