What I mean is the fact that there's racism in the dating world and you have to work twice as hard if you're a black man. The response is always just people denying it or downplaying, but you can't act like racism exists in every other facet of life and then pretend it doesn't happen in dating. That kind of deniability and lack of good advice is what creates problems like the guy in the thread I just linked. Good black men get turned down every day by women of all races.
