What you think may be a cold could be something that requires antibiotics. Something thing that can be easily treated could get worse untreated. Like pneumonia. Please go and get seen by a doctor.

Edit: Research search counseling groups and free counseling in your area. People think they are alone when they aren't. It is nothing wrong with venting either even on here. Sometimes people just need to get things out as a way of getting through their depression.

I'm not going to say to go to a doctor because I don't do that shyt either, but it's necessary sometimes. It's going to be especially hard to get over sickness if you don't have money to feed yourself. For the people in his area (NYC I think), treat the nikka to lunch or buy him a few groceries to get him through if you can.
