I liked the article, Rolling Stone does good in depth pieces from time to time.

The Nikki quote context was her laughter (though it is funny) could/would have offended the judge, who had Meek's fate in her hands.....She wasn't exactly trying to clown Meek, just that request, but she clearly didn't understand how serious it was.

This was my first time hearing about dude. His name ring bells in Philly?:jbhmm:

I mean he is Will's right hand man and a big player in Philly's music scene.

He was on the latest episode of Drink Champs.

You mean the same woman that testified for him and said he needs to be free .

He's Will Smith's childhood friend and helped shape a lot of careers for actors, musicians, etc out of Philly. He's also one of the "couple of guy's who were up to no good" on the intro of the Fresh Prince. He's the one who spins Will around

Why laugh at Nikki for laughing at something so fukking absurd?

If you ask me the judge asking that is light weight disrespectful like she wanted him to perform tricks like a dog would only for him to still put his ass in jail.

How's the King Of Philly going to live in Atlanta though?

  • #FreeMeekMill: Rapper Meek Mill Exclusive Interview From Prison - Rolling Stone

  • Last November, Meek received a sentencing of two to four years for a parole violation stemming from a 2008 arrest. After a taping for The Tonight Show in August, the rapper was stopped by the NYPD after an Instagram Live revealed he went on a night ride on dirtbikes with fans. In his first interview since his imprisonment, the Philadelphia rapper talks to Rolling Stone about what's next.

Meek revealed that he hasn't let his family visit him since his incarceration. "I won't let them come, if they see me like this—fukked-up beard, hair all ganked—then it's like I'm really in here. Which I'm not." He also clarified what happened when Judge Genece Brinkley asked him to remix Boyz II Men's "On Bended Knee" for her. "fukking Nicki [Minaj] busts out laughing, but I grabbed her leg, going, 'Yo, this is my life here.' I tried to tell the judge, 'All respect, but that ain't me. I'm a Philly street rapper, not a bubblegum dude.' She says, 'Fine, then,' in a real sarcastic way. 'Suit yourself.' "

The Dreams and Nightmares rapper has been using his time to think about what he's going to do once he's released. "I want to speak on this system and what it does to black people—on both fukking sides of the fence," says Meek. But what seems to be the most pressing issue for him is getting out of Philadelphia. "Trust me, I'm gonna say something about that. And then, I'm gonna move to Atlanta." #musicnews #freemeekmill

Something gotta happen to that judge man...
Dude in the article claims to have an ENTIRE EMAIL sent by Judge Brinkley instructing him to commit PERJURY.
A judge sent an email to a witness about to take the stand and provided him with a script of WHAT TO SAY.
If that email is legit (and Rolling Stone says they reviewed the transcript) then that judge is in shyt.
Understand, a Judge trying to a coach how a witness testifies on the stand is serious malpractice. She could be disbarred.
