Their last good album .

10, 000 days was like a Tool cover band failing to recreate what Tool were .

Absolutely underwhelming .

i remember that schism song and that weird video on mtv all the time when i was in high school. i usually hate metal and screaming should i bother checking this out?

Man when it comes to rock I fukk with mainly grunge, alt and pop punk.... I had the exact same idea you did...then weird videos made me think tool was weird or emo growing up.

Then a man on the coli posted the pot and I decided to listen to schism....then the whole lateralus album cause both were veeeery dope. Haven't looked back breh. I expected aenima to be better cause of the things I heard...didn't realize that if anything lateralus is arguably their most acclaimed

tool is the truth serum for ANY music lover.. this album goes hard and so does their first album..
i went to one of their shows in atl.. way more nigs than i expected to see made me respect the game even more

The way Lateralus is, I just imagine nothing but an epic concert from the lights to the sound equip, to the visuals to the performances.

One of my top favorite bands of all time. The first song i heard was Eulogy, then when i got to lateralus i was , amazing album. its one of my big regrets that i haven't seen them live.
