I think they're aiming for fall 2026, so they didn't bother showing gameplay. This is one of the bad things about showing games too early. IF it doesn't show up at certain shows, then we're going to wonder if it's in development hell. Not to console war this thread, but Sony was wise to show Yotei when it was around 12-15 months away and then confirm a release date. That way we're just focused on the game and not wondering if it's in development hell.
