There's a step by step process for locking down your social media that I got when I was in the military. I could post it but basically all you have to do is all the information should not be tied to your real name (if possible) and follow all the privacy and security tools

If you got any of those bussdowns contacts in your phone even if they're saved under a different name they'll show up in the people you might know on Facebook.

If they are friends of a mutual friend and yall have been in the same stratosphere they will also show up in the people you might know.

Stop using Google for any of your scumbag activities. Use a VPN and a private browser that doesn't save cookies or try to store your information.

What risk does this pose you though? Are you scared the friends/boyfriends/husbands are getting the same suggestions?
Unless you are friends with the women I don't see how this is any kind of risk....(even then it's a reach)
It's way more a risk for the bf/husband to just get her phone, even then ain't much a normal person can do with a cell phone #
