Real world item "piracy" will lead to more investment into 3d printers. Which will lead to very high end 3d printers. The smartphone of 3d printers. Capable of printing everything from clothes, from housing, to weapons.

Really most items outside of consumables will be a download away. Major changes on how we will deal with eachother and power dynamics in society. This process is already happenning

That will be possible eventually, we already can manipulate atoms to make structures. This will probably be the last things we will be able to create but it doesn't need to be at that level to change society
