One of my best friends from college bought a penthouse for 1.2 million in 2011 in San Francisco and recently sold it for 4 million.

Its really a Damn shame about housing prices out here in Cali overall...but what can u do?? Other than move and not make a livable wage elsewhere or commute an extra hour ....its bullshyt all the way around...they sold this country out yrs ago and I really don't see how it will get any better anytime soon. Like before we let ppl live and buy property in this country the actual citizens should get a fair shot at owning something first and not a reg 3 bedroom house for 700000 dollars...who can afford this shyt is what i wanna know.....my household's income is low six figures and we not comfortable at all
